Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation (TIDE) is a diversity, equality and inclusion benchmarking tool that helps organisations measure their approach to creating inclusive workplaces.
It assesses organisations across 10 key areas, including:
- inclusive recruitment
- leadership
- employee voice
- wellbeing
- belonging
More than 150 organisations took part in this year's assessment. TIDE reviewed each organisation's approach to equality, diversity and inclusion, with the highest-performing organisations receiving an award.
The Silver award reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and included.
