Our involved customers are heading to our stores this October and November to tell you more about the work they’re doing to help shape our services.
You can drop in for a cuppa and a chat, find out about the fantastic work they’re doing, and ask any questions you have about getting involved yourself.
There’ll also be colleagues available to help with any housing, repairs or rent queries.

Getting involved at Thirteen
You don’t need to make a big commitment. You can choose how and when to get involved, based on your interests and availability.
By getting involved, you can:
- Share your feedback and help us improve your experience
- Have your say on where our community fund is awarded
- Stay up to date with what’s happening at Thirteen
- Meet other customers and connect with our team
- Build new skills and gain experience.
We can also support with training and transport if needed.
