Regulator reaffirms our G1/V1 ratings [Archived]

We were awarded the grades, along with a C1 grade for our delivery of the consumer standards, in March.

The regulator carries out annual stability checks to assess whether a housing provider’s governance and viability grades are still appropriate. The consumer grade is not revisited.

Our chief executive, Matt Forrest, said: “It’s really encouraging to retain the highest possible grades and receive this assurance that we remain financially strong and have robust governance arrangements in place.
