As we approach the August bank holiday, we wanted to give you the full details of our opening times over the long weekend.

Manage your account through My Thirteen

You can check your account, make a payment and report routine repairs by visiting www.mythirteen.co.uk to do this easily whenever you want, from wherever you are.

Calls to our touchpoint service centre

Our service centre is open for calls to 0300 111 1000:

  • Friday 27 August, 8am to 7pm
  • Saturday 28 August, closed
  • Sunday 29 August, closed
  • Monday 30, closed (bank holiday)
  • Tuesday 31 August**, 8am to 7pm

From Tuesday 31 August onwards, we’re back to being open as normal, from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday – if your call is not urgent why not call later in the week when lines are not so busy or log onto My Thirteen?

Our Stockton Store is open:

  • Friday 27 August, 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday 28 August, closed
  • Sunday 29 August, closed
  • Monday 30 August, closed (bank holiday)
  • Tuesday 31 August, 9am to 5pm (by appointment only)

Customers planning to visit will need to get in touch beforehand to book a face to face appointment with a host or a member of the employability team

**You can continue to use My Thirteen or email us at customerservices@thirteengroup.co.uk to send us routine requests which will be dealt with when staff return to work. However, please bear with us on Tuesday 31 August as it may take us a little longer than our usual 24 hours to respond to your enquiry as we expect higher than normal demand.

Emergency repairs

If you need an emergency repair please call us on 0300 111 1000. If it’s over the bank holiday weekend don’t worry, you’ll get through to a colleague from our out of hours team.

Homecall / personal alarms

If you have an emergency, please activate your alarm as you would at any other time to speak to a member of our Homecall team.
