Come along to our Extra Care Open Day

Our extra care schemes offer the chance for people over 55 to live independently for longer with a helping hand if it’s needed.

The open day will give you the chance to find out more information, understand the support that is available and ask any questions you might have.

• Drop-in between 1pm and 3pm

The open day is a great opportunity for you if:

• you're aged 55 or over (or living with a partner who is aged 55 or over) and require support with daily tasks and you want to find out if extra care is beneficial for you
• you’ve been referred to us by a local authority and you want to ask some questions
• you’d like to find out more information about extra care schemes to help a loved one

The care and support team are looking forward to welcoming you on the day, with tea, coffee and cake and are happy to help in any way they can.
