As you’ll be aware, the government has recently announced it’s mandatory to wear a face covering on public transport, in shops, takeaways, enclosed public spaces where social distancing may be difficult or where you come into contact with people you do not normally meet etc.

To help keep our customers and colleagues’ safe, visitors to any of our supported schemes, as well as our high-rise, medium-rise, low rise or multi occupied buildings must wear a face covering in communal areas such as entrances, corridors, day rooms or meeting rooms etc.

Customers visiting any of our buildings including our new Stockton store, which opens shortly, will be greeted by Thirteen colleagues who will be wearing a face covering and any visitor must wear one too.
