At Thirteen, we know we can only be our best when we listen to our customers. Your views matter and they help us fine tune our support based on the things you tell us.

Now you can have your voice heard by UK Government’s Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, through its newly formed Social Housing Quality Resident Panel, bringing together social housing residents from across the country to directly share their views on driving up the quality of social housing with the government and ministers.

Around 5,000 residents from across the country will be asked to share their views about their landlord’s services during March and April 2022. We’d love the voices of Thirteen’s residents to be part of the Panel, sharing their thoughts on everything from the quality of our homes and neighbourhoods and how safe, secure and supported you feel.

And for the 250 residents who make it onto the panel, they will meet around three times a year online, with smaller, focused discussions following up on points raised and targeted actions agreed.

You don’t need any experience to apply to be part of the Government’s panel, and you have until Friday 29 April to apply, here

There are lots of ways you can provide views directly to Thirteen too.  Check out: https://www.thirteengroup.co.uk/page/get-involved to find out how.
