Our touchpoint service centre is open for calls to 0300 111 1000:

• Wednesday 1 June, 8am to 7pm
• Thursday 2 June, closed (bank holiday)
• Friday 3 June, closed (bank holiday)
• Saturday 4 June, 9am to 3pm
• Sunday 5 June, closed
• Monday 6 June, 8am to 7pm

Remember we may be busier than usual on Monday 6 June when we reopen at 8am.  If your call is not an emergency, why not call later in the week when lines may not be as busy.

Emergency repairs

If you need an emergency repair, please call us on 0300 111 1000. If it’s over the Jubilee bank holiday weekend don’t worry, you’ll get through to a colleague from our out of hours team.

Don’t forget you can book a routine repair through My Thirteen too.
