New homes at Alma Street in Stockton are taking shape

Our chief executive, Ian Wardle met with clerk of works, Mark Deaton and ESH recently to catch up on progress at Alma Street in Stockton.

The development is being delivered by Thirteen in partnership with Stockton Borough Council, ESH Construction who are building the properties, supported by funding from Homes England.The development includes 34 homes, all for affordable rent including 20 two-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom houses and 4 two-bedroom bungalows.

The site is in an excellent location, with Stockton town centre and amenities within a short walking distance and easy access to the town’s train station.

Ian Wardle, chief executive at Thirteen, said:
