Thirteen’s team of community engagement initiative champions are finding out what really matters to customers living on the Dodford estate.

The team will be actively working on the estate, where they’ll be on hand for customers, so they can talk to the team about anything issues that they want to report and improvements they want to help make.

Customers are being invited to events next week, where they’ll be able to meet the team at Dodford Community Centre.

The team led by Michael Jenney, FM services manager (building support operations), are working on a flexible schedule, seven days a week, so they can meet the customers’ needs.

Michael said: “We want our customers to get involved and take pride in their area. This positive approach will see the team working closely with neighbourhoods, building relationships and offering support to help make the community an even better place to live.

"They’ll be working closely with youth projects to help get more customers involved in the great work that’s going on.

“This is a really exciting new role and we’re proud to be able to offer customers on this estate a dedicated new service. The team has really been enjoying getting out to meet customers and learning more about the area.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team and seeing how this can really benefit our customers.”
