Established in 1972, BALI is the leading trade association for the UK’s landscape professionals. It has assessed over 900 professionals, ensuring the highest level of industry standards are met.

The achievement comes, as Thirteen’s grounds maintenance team has recently celebrated one of its most successful years.

The team maintains around one million square meters, including communal grassed areas across the environment where Thirteen manages homes, in the Tees Valley and the surrounding areas.

Following a site visit, inspection and a rigorous assessment process, the grounds maintenance team successfully gained Registered Direct Service Organisation membership, allowing access to a range of benefits.

Senior FM manager (estate services) Mike Hall said: “We’re delighted to have been recognised as one of the industry leaders in grounds maintenance. This accreditation is a reflection of all the hard work that the team has put in over the past 12 months.

“We can now build on this success as we look forward to the future and the opportunities that achieving the accreditation holds for us.

“This achievement demonstrates our commitment and the pride that the team has in maintaining the environment to the highest standard.”
