Thirteen expands cooker fitting scheme to help customers

Thirteen is expanding its cooker fitting scheme to provide an additional service to our valued customers.

From today, any customer who needs an electric cooker connected can now make an appointment with us, and we will come at an appointed date and time to survey and fit your cooker – free of charge. The service is available to all customers, who can make an appointment by:

Director of investment and maintenance David Ripley said: “At Thirteen, we’re committed to delivering a great customer experience, so we’ve listened to some recent feedback since we started to fit gas cookers and now as a result we’ve started to provide this additional service because we know it’s important to our customers.

“Whether our customers have just moved home or if they’ve had to replace their existing cooker, they can get in touch with us and we’ll install it safely, as long as there is no need to make any changes to the existing wiring or kitchen layout in their home and the cooker is in good working condition.”
