Prospective homeowners can use the website to register their interest in Thirteen Homes’ first development at Howards Green in Darlington.
The new website includes details on all of Thirteen Homes new developments and homes including house types, starting prices, floor plans, site plans and much more.
Visitors to the site are able to see the well thought through layout of each development and house type, including those at Howards Green.
The website showcases a mix of 3, 4- and 5-bedroom homes for customers to view. All the properties are fully carpeted, with integrated appliances including fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob, plus bi-folding doors, and turf to the front and rear.
The website also explains the different ways customers can buy with Thirteen Homes such as Help-to-Buy, Part Exchange, Assisted Move and Shared Ownership.
Craig Taylor, Managing Director of Thirteen Homes, said: "I'm thrilled we're launching our fantastic new website which will allow customers to learn more about Thirteen Homes, who we are, what our mission is and more importantly, what we can offer.
"This is a really exciting time for Thirteen Homes, especially as we've recently started work at Howards Green and customers can use the website to register their interest and be the first to know about our new homes and services.
"Howards Green is a great development in a really sought-after location that will deliver the type of homes and a vibrant community where people really want to live.
"The homes at Howards Green are perfect for families and future residents will benefit from fantastic transport links to the A1 and plenty of amenities close by.
"And we are not stopping there, as Howards Green is just the start. We already have other developments in the pipeline across the North East and hope to be started on our second development later this year."
Thirteen Homes, the private market for sale arm of Thirteen is planning to build around 300 luxurious homes across the North East for sale over the next five years.
