We’re hitting Hull High Street!

Located in a prime spot on the popular Marfleet Lane, customers can drop in to find out more about Thirteen’s services, manage their tenancy and get information about our homes for rent and sale, or even just pop in for a coffee.

Following the successful opening of our temporary pop-up store and customer drop-in events last year, the new store will mark the latest milestone in our journey to welcome customers and colleagues to Thirteen, as well as keep delivering on the promises we made to our new customers.

David Ripley, executive director for customer services, said: “We’re really looking forward to moving in and welcoming customers along to our fabulous store in coming weeks. It marks part of our commitment to Hull and the employment opportunities we promised to create.  

“We know that customers value the opportunity to speak to us face-to-face about all things related to their home, tenancy and community and we’re excited to deliver a great customer experience in our new home.”

While we wait for our official moving in date, customers can still drop in for a little friendly advice by visiting our pop-up store, located at Probe Ltd, 369-371 Marfleet Lane, HU9 5UH on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 2pm
