Hillside Gardens, Middlesbrough
We’re building 296 homes in Grove Hill, Middlesbrough - all for affordable rent.
There’s a mix of:
- 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses
- 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows
The development will be completed in summer 2026.

Amberley and Harrogate, Sunderland
We’re building 96 homes at Amberley Street and Harrogate Street in Sunderland - all for affordable rent.
The development consists of:
- 75 two, three and four-bedroom houses
21 two-bedroom bungalows
Completion is expected in 2028.
Westgate, Cleckheaton
We’re building 180 homes off Westgate in Cleckheaton consisting of a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
We will be making 110 of the homes available for affordable rent, with the remaining 70 being made available for shared ownership.
Completion is expected in late 2028.
