All customers need to know to report anti-social behaviour (ASB) to us.

The noise app

The noise app is a quick and easy way to record noise which is causing you or your family an annoyance or nuisance. All you need to do is:

  1. Download the app from Google Play or the App Store on your mobile device
  2. Follow the handy user guide and watch the 'walkthrough' video (both below)
  3. Create an account and login
  4. Use the app to report noise nuisance directly to us.

You can use this form to report anti-social behaviour.

You don’t have to give us your contact details but we won’t be able to discuss or tell you what’s happening with the issue if we don’t have your details.

Is this the first time you have reported this matter to us?

If you give us your contact details we’ll contact you within one working day to discuss the issue and tell you about action we can take.

Depending on the problem, with your consent we may share the information you give us with other organisations such as the police and/or your local council and other organisations. We also have a duty to report incidents to other organisations to help prevent harm to individuals and to prevent and detect crime and anti-social behaviour – this may be without your consent.
