We offer tailored support to help people rebuild their lives after custody and live safely, independently and securely.
Resettle North East
Resettle North East is a service led by Thirteen and funded by the Ministry of Justice. It supports sentenced and unsentenced men in custody and the community across the North East to find and keep stable accommodation.
We know that having a safe, secure home is key to breaking the cycle of re-offending. That’s why we offer:
- Help to source, secure and sustain accommodation
- Support to end tenancies or avoid eviction
- Advice on housing-related financial issues
- Skills to manage a tenancy and lead a healthy lifestyle
- Advocacy for people who are homeless or rough sleeping
You’ll get a personalised support plan whether you’re in custody or in the community.
