Before applying

Before applying, please ensure you have the following key pieces of information:

• Details of the location you intend working
• Details of the work you wish to carry out
• Estimated dates for when you would like to work
• Plan showing the area that you intend to work within
• Detailed site plan showing the route
• Operational procedures
• Risk assessments and method statements - see Thirteen's guidance on RAMS
• Public liability insurance

Application information

Your application will be acknowledged by email within two working days.  

If you have any changes or amendments to the application submission, please do not resubmit your application. Please email any changes or updates to weptw@thirteengroup.co.uk

Failure to apply for the appropriate grants of access such as a Wayleave or Easement may result in action for trespass or criminal damage.

Failure to apply for a Permit to Work leading to unauthorised work and safety breaches may result in us reporting you to the Health and Safety Executive.

Thirteen reserves the right to make good any works not carried out correctly and recharge all costs for doing so.
