Thirteen partners with Middlesbrough College to build skills for the future [Archived]

Thirteen has been working closely with Middlesbrough College to develop a structured programme, which offers a wide range of training opportunities for their apprentices.

The programme has been designed to help apprentices gain essential skills and experience so they can go on to have a successful career. The new apprentices are training in various roles across the business including joinery, bricklaying, painting and decorating, procurement, governance and more.

Becky Smith, Learning and Development Service Manager, at Thirteen Group said: “We are thrilled to be working in partnership with Middlesbrough College, who are in the process of delivering the qualifications and supporting us in developing skills for our future workforce.

We have been working closely with our sixteen new apprentices who will play an important part in our plans to drive forward exceptional service to customers and our communities.”

Middlesbrough College will work with the housing provider to support apprentices throughout the programme, which aims to build skills for the future in the region.
