The trio, who are part of the estate services team have a combined total of over 40 years’ experience in estate services, the team behind the new initiative, will focus on estate quality checks, flytipping investigation and community environmental projects.

Head of estate services Michael Hall said: “The new team will complement the existing work carried out by Thirteen’s wider estates team.

“This is all about us working with our customers to improve the environment for our communities.

“Around two years ago, we introduced a flytipping investigator within the team and it’s been a huge success. So, by growing the team delivering that service we hope to drive down flytipping further.

“Every estate we manage is checked and scored by the team, so we know where we need to focus any improvements. We want to work closely with our communities to enhance the pride in where they live.

“By working with us to keep standards high, we can invest and give more back to the community.”

Increasing biodiversity and nature conservation will be at the forefront of the initiative and will see the team creating greener, cleaner neighbourhoods.
