AllPay issue [Archived]

We are currently experiencing an issue with AllPay. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to take payments over the phone.

If you have an AllPay card, you have a number of options.

  • If you are registered with AllPay through MyThirteen, you can still pay through MyThirteen
  • You can pay online directly through AllPay, visit www.allpayments.net You will need a debit/ credit card.
  • You can also use your AllPay card to pay at a post office, a Pay Point outlet or a Pay Zone store.

You can still contact us to set up a direct debit, but please be aware our phone lines are extremely busy at the moment.
