Customer involvement streams focus on different areas of service delivery at Thirteen, so that our customers have the opportunity to give feedback on the subjects that matter to them the most.

As a stream lead, you will join a group that works together to provide a customer perspective on a range of projects.

You will work closely on the customer involvement activities that are happening in your stream, give updates on progress and make sure that timescales are met.

We ask that our customer stream leads are able to commit their time to the role, as they will be asked to attend regular meetings online and in person.

Our customer involvement streams include:

  • Community fund: reviewing applications from Thirteen’s community fund, which supports projects in local communities
  • Service improvement: being part of projects to shape service improvements for customers
  • Consumer standards: reviewing how Thirteen is performing against the standards that housing associations need to meet
  • Performance and complaints monitoring: monitoring how our services are performing, as well as customer complaints, and making recommendations for improvements
  • Repairs: review satisfaction, performance and benchmarking information, as well as implement and contribute to projects.

If you are interested, we would love to hear from you!

Please complete our online form by Wednesday 6 March.

You can register your interest for as many streams as you like.
