Get involved and make a difference with Thirteen [Archived]

We have an exciting opportunity for one of our customers to take on the role of chair of our customer involvement framework for the next three years.

As well as being able to have your say in a range of projects that are happening at Thirteen, the role will also involve:

• Overseeing customer involvement activities and giving feedback to make sure that consultations with our customers are meaningful

• Being the main point of contact between involved customers and the Thirteen board to share updates

• Being part of Thirteen’s customer committee and attending meetings

• Meeting with other involved customers to share updates and provide support with their roles

Thirteen’s customer involvement team will be there to support you with this role and any training needs.
