Due to recent severe weather, customers may experience longer than usual call wait times and response times for non-emergency repairs.

We are continuing to experience a high volume of calls and repair requests following the recent severe weather.
If you need to contact us for an emergency, we are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0300 111 1000.
If your call is not an emergency, you might find it quicker to:
- Use My Thirteen to book non-emergency repairs, check your rent balance and make a payment if you have an active account
- Contact us by email: customerservices@thirteengroup.co.uk
- Fill out our online contact form
- Send us a message via Facebook Messenger
- Pop in to see us in store
- Contact us later in the week if your situation is not an emergency as Mondays are our busiest days
